The term 909 Yard Par 7 is a hot topic today and it's no wonder why. It is the longest golfing hole in the world.
Measuring a massive 909 yards and taking what is thought to be 7 strokes to drop the ball, it can be found on the 7th hole of the Sano Course at the Satsuki Golf Club in Japan.
What are your thoughts? Given the chance do you think you could cover that distance in 7 strokes let alone stay on course and drop the sphere of dreams at the end?
Unfortunately this hole will always remain somewhat of a mystery. Sure you can see a few pictures of it but the main website is in Japanese. So either you can speak the native tongue or you will only hear tales of it from those lucky few who have played there.
For me I would certainly need to practice my swing a little more before I could get anywhere near the end of that 7th whole by nightfall! LOL !
